GrabitPro is a URL-resolution utility. We do not host, cache, or store any third-party media on our servers. Files stream directly from the source platform to the end user's device. In most cases, the appropriate takedown target is the source platform hosting the file.

Submitting a notice

If you believe the Service is being used to infringe your rights, send a notice that includes:

• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The specific URL(s) on GrabitPro or the source URL(s) at issue.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send it

Send notices to the address published on this page. We aim to review valid notices promptly. Notices that are incomplete, abusive, or submitted in bad faith may be rejected.

Counter-notices

If you believe your material was affected by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief.

Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to block IP addresses or otherwise restrict access for users who repeatedly attempt to misuse the Service.
