The short version

GrabitPro does not require an account, does not store the videos you fetch, and does not sell your data. Files stream directly from the source to your device.

What we process

• Links you submit. We send the URL you paste to the source platform to resolve available media. We do not persist the URLs you submit to a user profile.
• Basic request metadata. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, response status) may be retained for a short period for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics. We may collect anonymous usage counts (page views, feature use) to improve the Service.

What we do NOT do

• We do not require registration or collect names, emails, or passwords.
• We do not store the videos you fetch.
• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.

Third parties

Requests you make reach the source platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) directly or via their public endpoints; those platforms have their own privacy policies. Hosting infrastructure providers process requests on our behalf to deliver the Service.

Cookies

GrabitPro uses only strictly necessary cookies / local storage for basic functionality. We do not set advertising cookies.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we do not maintain user accounts, we typically hold very little — but you can still contact us via the contact page.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Do not use the Service if you are below that age.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
